Field Experience Background Investigation Waiver

This waiver pertains to students whose coursework requires observation and/or participation in public or private school settings involving children. The completion of the waiver and the resulting background investigation are required prior to Kaskaskia College students' presence in the public or private classroom setting. The form may be downloaded in pdf format here.
