
Core Values 101: Students Teaching Students at KC is a volunteer student program,
which provides presentations for high school, college, or community organizations about ethical
dilemmas. Student Participants undergo Ethical Fitness Training from a Certified
Ethical Fitness Trainer to become well versed in ethical decision making skills.
The Core Values Team is a nationally award winning program, named the most innovative organization
across the nation for colleges and universities through the Terry O'Banion Shared Journey National Award
for Innovation. Core Values was also recognized as a "Best Practice" in Illinois by winning the Leadership and Core Values Initiative Award
from the Illinois Community College Board.
