QUALIFICATIONS

1.   Applicant must be currently enrolled in at least 12 semester hours of college course work.

2.   Applicant must have at least a 3.0 GPA through the Fall 2012 semester.

3.   Applicant must submit a transcript for all course work through the Fall 2012 semester WITH THIS APPLICATION must provide evidence of enrollment for at least 12 semester hours of credit for Fall 2013 before the scholarship funds are paid to the recipient's college.

4.   All applications must be postmarked on or before February 28, 2013.
