Program Mission Statement
|
The mission of the Radiologic Technology Program at Kaskaskia College is to
provide comprehensive educational opportunities that will enable the graduate to
become an entry-level radiographer. The program is designed to develop and
instill a sense of obligation in the student to become a contributing member to
the profession.
Program Goals

Students will have the knowledge and skills to perform
competently in the radiology department while
demonstrating quality patient care

Students will develop and promote critical thinking and
problem-solving skills

Students will develop high work ethic standards and
professional skills

Prepare graduates with the knowledge necessary to
become entry-level radiographers in the health care
community
