A chapter of the APTA, the Illinois Physical Therapy Association (IPTA) is a nonprofit professional membership organization serving 3000 physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and students in Illinois.

The mission of the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy is to protect the public by providing service and leadership that promote safe and competent physical therapy practice.
