Nashville Resident Christopher Harkness Give Credit to KC Nashville Education Center

Kaskaskia College non-traditional student Christopher Harkness of Nashville gives credit to Kaskaskia College and the Nashville Education Center.   “I work full-time and am married with three children.  Being able to attend KC at the Nashville Education Center has allowed me to take classes at the education center or on-line and still keep up with the demands of work and family”.

Chris graduated from Nashville High School in 1990 and has plans to complete an Associate of Arts Degree from KC in the fall of 2018. His plans are to transfer to Southeast Missouri State and enroll in the online BSBA program.

Harkness says, “I would recommend Kaskaskia College because it give you an affordable, quality education that is convenient. KC helped me start my education by having very helpful people that made it easy to get started”.

When asked about people who have made a difference for him while a student at KC, Chris says, “Ruth Barczewski has been very helpful in assisting me with choosing my classes and making a plan of action”.

“I chose to start my education at KC because as a working husband and father, I am able to work 45 to 50 hours per week and still attain a college education.  The KC Nashville Education Center helped make working full time and attending classes easy” Chris says.
