The Kaskaskia College Theatre Guild is proud to announce their next stage production, “Inspecting Carol” by Daniel Sullivan and The Seattle Repertory Theatre.
This comedy, directed by Professor David Quinn, was a huge hit in Seattle and has since been seen throughout the world. The story is of a man who asks to audition at a small theatre and is mistaken for an informer for the National Endowment for the Arts. Everyone caters to him and he is even given a role in the current production of A Christmas Carol. Everything that could go wrong, does go wrong...and the results are very funny! The play runs approximately 2 hours.
A special performance for area high schools will be held Thursday morning, November 21st. The public is invited to join the performance on Friday and Saturday, November 22 and 23 at 7:00 p.m., and on Sunday, November 24 at 2:00 p.m. All performances are free and you are welcome to join the cast and crew for refreshments after the show.
