For companies that require specialized attention, the ISBDC can act as consultant for you in analyzing management, marketing, accounting processes. Areas of expertise include business plan development, cash flow analysis, business valuation modeling, marketing plan development, database searches for financing sources, mailing lists and more. We draw on the expertise of ISBDC staff members, college faculty, the Illinois Entrepreneurship Network, and business professionals who have agreed to consult with SBDC clients
