Training Fallacies
- No pain, No gain – training shouldn’t hurt, discomfort may be accompany workouts
- You must break down muscle to improve – excessive trauma to muscles hampers training
- Go for the burn – not necessary to gain results
- Lactic Acid causes muscle soreness – soreness associated with long layoffs in training, unfamiliar exercise, microtrauma to muscles
- I ran out of wind
