Training Fallacies
  1. No pain, No gain – training shouldn’t hurt, discomfort may be accompany workouts
  2. You must break down muscle to improve – excessive trauma to muscles hampers training
  3. Go for the burn – not necessary to gain results
  4. Lactic Acid causes muscle soreness – soreness associated with long layoffs in training, unfamiliar exercise, microtrauma to muscles
  5. I ran out of wind
