Culinary Management Certificate is available only after student has completed Advanced Cooking Certificate or has AAS Degree in Culinary Arts.

CULI 213 Fundamentals of Food Purchasing 2
CULI 208 Hospitality Law 3
CULI 209 Management in Food Service 3

Certificate 10 credit hours
