Adolescent Psychology (PSYH-216)

Description: This course is intended to explore physical and psychological development and adjustment in adolescents. Primary emphasis is based on physical and social growth patterns, as well as analysis of special emotional problems experienced by adolescents in the maturation process. A short discussion of the importance of childhood experience and development to adolescent problems is included. Prerequisite: PSYH 101 or approval of instructor.
