The Associate in Science Degree (A.S.) Programs are for students who plan to major in science disciplines
such as biology, chemistry, chiropractic and osteopathy, dentistry, engineering, geology, mathematics,
medicine, medical technology, nursing, pharmacy, occupational and physical therapy, physics, and veterinary
medicine. It is also for transfer business majors such as accounting.
Associate in Science Degree Completion Worksheet 
In order to complete an A.S. degree, your total program must contain a minimum of 64 semester hours of
academic work with an average of not less than C (2.0). Students must complete the required core courses as
well as the appropriate electives.
