Lifelong Learning Opportunities
KC varied program levels, flexible scheduling, and student support services enable people of all ages and backgrounds to have access to the
higher education they need to achieve their goals. There are dozens of associate degrees, certificate programs, and transfer options available
through KC.
Affordability
KC participates in state and federal financial aid programs and offers local scholarships, grants, and student employment opportunities. The KC
Foundation awards over a half a million dollars in scholarships annually. Under the Hope Scholarship Credit, eligible students can now claim tuition

Student Life
We've got all the activities that round out your college experience, so you can be involved as you like. From athletics to our honor society,
you can get involved on campus and in the community. There are plenty of Service Learning volunteer opportunities for those of you that like to
put what you've learned to work. You'll find a full selection of performing arts and visual arts opportunities, including vocal and instrumental
music, and theatre.
Student Services
What do you need to be successful in college? Career or academic advising? Career placement? Disability services? Tutoring, workshops or labs?
We've got all that and more. Our Student Success Center includes professional tutors, placement testing and career planning resources. KC’s Library
combines up-to-date technology; online databases, DVDs and CD-ROM materials with quiet spaces for study. Wireless Internet access, as well as
audiovisual equipment and video-editing suites provide students with the materials needed to enhance their educational experience. Our Career
Placement office can help you get ready for the job search with personal service in resume writing, cover letters, interviewing skills in addition
to a well-stocked job bank. We've even got our own Campus Security to assist with crime prevention, escort service and emergency aid.
Our Location
Kaskaskia College is located in Centralia, IL. It was the first community college created under the Illinois Community College Act of 1965 and now
serves 11,500 students annually. Sitting on over 100 acres this partly wooded campus has very unique atmosphere that is second to none. Its growing
campus is always a surprise for those that visiting for the first time. The campus is only minutes for Interstates 57 where you can travel north to
Champaign or south to Carbondale or take Interstate 64 and travel west to St. Louis, Missouri. Kaskaskia College an educational leader in the Southern
